We're Charles & Sydny - a husband & wife home bakery in Buffalo NY!

Eleven 8ths was born from our enjoyment baking for those we love. Because of our sweet tooth, our speciality naturally is sweets. Here you'll find cookies, sweet breads, muffins, and pies made in small carefully managed batches.

All of our baked goods are made with premium ingredients. We love to mix in homemade ingredients to the extent possible. Homemade peanut butter is among our favorite.

We're a Home Bakery

Buying baked goods from a home kitchen may feel different. Here's what we want you to know:

We're a registered New York State Home Processor, which means we follow state guidelines for safe food handling, labeling, and preparation. We take cleanliness seriously. Every product is labeled with a full ingredient list and our business information.

We're not a factory. We bake in small batches, by hand, with ingredients we'd use for ourselves. Nothing sits on a shelf. Your orders are baked such that your sweets are as fresh as possible.
